| dc.description.abstract | The proposed amendments update the City's Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan to address Statewide Land Use Planning Goal 6 (Water Quality) and Goal 5 (Natural Resources) as well as Metro Functional Plan Titles 3 and 13. The proposal includes repeal of Zoning Ordinance Section 19.402 (Water Quality Resource Regulations) and replacement with an expanded Section 19.402 Natural Resources, to cover both Water Quality Resources and newly designated Habitat Conservation Areas. The existing natural resource map in the Comp Plan will be replaced with an updated map, and a new map will be established for administering the related zoning regulations. Related definitions in Section 19.201 were also updated, and various other chapters in the Zoning Ordinance will be revised to be consistent with the new Section 19.402. | en_US |
