Abstract
The request is for a zone change to allow a sand and gravel operation. Ths request alsc includes an application for a Willamette River Greenway permit. Note: the zone change application does not allow an asphalt batch plant. (The County previously amended its Goal 5 Comprehensive Plan inventory to add tt s approximately 224.5 acres to the Goal 5 inventory.)
