Abstract

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Jackson County have determined that the Interstate 5 (I-5) interchange with Oregon Route (OR) 99 and Blackwell Road in Jackson County, Oregon, is in need of modifications and improvements to allow the interchange to function more safely and efficiently. The Interchange 35 (Seven Oaks) improvement project will consist of actions to modify and improve the existing modified standard diamond interchange. [From the Plan]
