dc.description.abstract | EA proposes to place large woody debris by heavy lift helicopter in the Little Sandy River from the mouth to approximate river mile (RM) 3. Additionally, approximately 1.2 miles of natural surface road would be decommissioned. The project is located on BLM, FS and private lands, and within the Bull Run River 5th field Watershed. FONSI finds no environmental impact statement is needed. | en |
