dc.description.abstractThe ten small cities of Lane County have applied for a PAPA to the Lane County Rural Comprehensive Plan (RCP) to adopt a coordinated 20 year population forecast for Lane County cities and the unincorporated area of Lane County. The cities are seeking this amendment in order to plan for and initiate UGB expansions as needed to maintain consistency with Statewide Planning Goal 14.en_US
