Abstract

Determines no environmental impact statement is needed for project occurring on four scattered units (approximately 151 acres) of 47 to 54 year-old second-growth forest located in the Elk Creek/Upper Umpqua Fifth-Field Watershed. Within these 151 acres, approximately two acres will be removed for the development of temporary spur roads.
