dc.description.abstract	Proposes to study the effects of reducing sagebrush height on pygmy rabbits by mowing specifically on 430 acres of sagebrush on 1500 total acres of rabbit habitat. After release of previous EA and FONSI, the research proponent expressed a desire to make a minor modification in this EA: instead of mowing portions of three sites and leaving the fourth untreated as a control site, the proponent proposes to treat a smaller portion of all four study sites and leave a portion of each study area unmowed to serve as control sites.	en
