dc.description.abstractThe City of Springfield unilaterally adopted amendments to the Public Facilities and Services Plan, a functional plan of the adopted Metro Plan. The plan amendments update and revise the lists and maps of significant stormwater projects planned within the current City limits. In accordance with Section 5,1 -140.F of the Springfield Development Code, and Chapter IV, Policy 5.e of the Metro Plan, a Type 11 Metro Plan amendment within the city limits shall be the sole responsibility of the home city.en_US
