| dc.description.abstract | In accordance with HB 3099 a 2009 Act, the Exclusive Farm Use ordinance, Section 401 of the Clackamas County Zoning and Development Ordinance was adopted in order to meet the requirement placed within the 2009 Act that the county amend its ordinance by December 31,2010. The Clackamas County Board of County Commissioners adopted the amendment package, Exhibit A to reflect the required changes in ORS 215.283 by section 2 of the 2009 Act. This action took place at a Business meeting without public notice as was provided within the 2009 Act. | en_US |
