dc.description.abstractUpdates to City Development Code and Comprehensive Plan text to comply with the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA's) floodplain map modernization. The Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) have been updated by FEMA and the City is required to update its code to, at a minimum, conform with current federal floodplain regulation law and adopt the new FIRM and FIS as provided by FEMA.en_US
