dc.description.abstractMidBoss, a company headquartered in San Francisco, California, has been heavily involved in several projects that hope to bring inclusivity to mainstream media. This paper will be comprised of a case study of the company with information taken through publication reviews and first-hand experience, as well as an analysis of general trends towards inclusivity in media and a robust literature review in order to examine exactly how MidBoss’ work aligns with their mission and how they may be affecting the entertainment industry. Additionally, this paper will include several recommendations that other entertainment companies, particularly game companies, might be able to use to increase inclusivity in their products and programming.en_US
