Abstract

Proposes to provide a sustainable supply of timber from the Matrix lands while maintaining valuable structural components (snags and down woods) and habitat for special status species, and treat stands to accelerate the growth of trees to restore large conifers in riparian reserves. Includes 750 acres of commercial thinning, culvert replacements, and road improvements, construction, and decommissioning.
