Announces decision to implement Alternative 2, to speed the development of late-successional habitat in late-successional and riparian reserves; maintain and create grass, forb, and shrub, and shrub habitats; improve watershed function; repair and maintain key forest roads; and produce timber and meet late-successional objectives on matrix land.
