dc.description.abstractThe adopted amendments update the Polk County Zoning Ordinance (PCZO) to reflect the changes to ORS enacted by House Bill 3280 (2(111). The amendments create PCZO Chapter 117 to regulate wineries. The amendments update the Exclusive Farm Use (EFU), Farm Forest (FF), Farm Forest Overlay (FFO), and the Agriculture and Forestry Ten Acre (AF-10) zones to reflect the changes to the winery standards. These amendments also remove the outdated definition of "winery" from PCZO Chapter 110; General Provisions and Definitions.en_US
