Abstract

Announces decision to implement Alternative 3 modified of project EA, reducing fuels by treating approximately 3900 acres to achieve sustainable vegetative conditions and lower the risk of stand replacement wildfire. Includes tree and small tree thinning, hand and machine piling and burning or utilizing piles, mechanized brush treatment, pruning of limbs, prescribed underburning, meadow edge treatments, and road relocation, decommissioning, and re-opening.
