Abstract
This application includes amendments to the Dundee Development Code to: 1. Incorporate the "dark sky" standards into the development ordinance. The standards are currently within the Public Works Design Standards. 2. Ensure the "dark sky" standards address sign lighting. 3. Clarify the policy regarding existing non-conforming lighting. 4. Make the standards easier to administer and enforce.
