Abstract

Proposes to provide a sustainable supply of timber from the Matrix lands while maintaining valuable structural components (snags and down woods) and habitat for special status species, and to treat stands to accelerate the growth of trees to restore large conifers in Riparian Reserves. Includes commercial thinning, aquatic habitat restoration, and road improvements.
