As part of the master plan, a list of capital improvement projects was created. Priority 1 improvements are those that are recommended to be completed within 1-5 years, and that will address more immediate deficiencies such as undersized or aging pipelines, storage, looping, fire flow, inadequate pressure, and lack of backupen_US
