Abstract
The adopted amendment rezoned assessor's map 22-05-08-00 TL 300 from Rural Residential (RR-2) to Low Density Residential (R-l). Drain has an IGA with Douglas County that gives Drain planning authority over lands in their UGB. The tax lot is not proposed for annexation at this time because the City does not have sewere service available to this portion of the UGB.
