Amendment will require the City Council to hold a public hearing and be the final decision maker rather than the Planning Director. This amendment is limited to a change in procedure and will not change any policies, criteria or circumstances under which an extraterritorial extension will be considered. Amendment also increases notification period tor annexation requests.en_US
