Abstract
Proposes to grant Roseburg Resources Company's request for a three-year road-use permit and to authorize the construction of approximately 40 feet of new road clearing approximately 40 feet (.8 acres) of a 22-year old, second-growth conifer stand. Includes maintenance of existing and new road and drainage structures and decommissioning of road after expiration of the permit.
