dc.description.abstractThe City of Halsey has initiated a legislative amendment to its development code to expand the list of uses allowed in the Commercial District, and to adopt new floodplain development regulations consistent with FEMA requirements. A companion amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map is proposed to adopt a floodplain overlay, which is already described in the text of the Comprehensive Plan as a land use element.en_US
