Excludes from further NEPA documentation, project initiating approximately 130 acres of conifer thinning in riparian reserves in the Gerber Reservoir watershed that will be treated by hand cutting. Approximately 100 acres will be cut and piled or cut and lopped, and approximately 30 acres will be cut and left in place unpiled. Treatment would be focused on riparian areas of perennial and intermittent streams and within areas immediately adjacent to stream channels, springs, and seeps in the Gerber Reservoir watershed.en
