Zone change from County AF-10 to City R1, R-2 and C-2, with a Stream Corridor (SC) overlay on the northeast corner. The proposed zones match the existing comprehensive plan designations (Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, Commercial) on the site. The annexation is subject to a public vote, so the zone change will only be finalized if the annexation is approved at the November 4, 2008 election.en_US
