The proposed Federal action is to amend reciprocal right-of-way agreement S-623 between BLM and Longview Fibre Company and to issue an O&C road use permit to Longview Fibre Company to construct a new road across BLM lands in section 23 for timber harvest purposes. The road would be approximately 2,000 feet in length, average 14 feet in width, and would be surfaced with crushed rock. The clearing width would be approximately 30 feet, and the total area cleared of vegetation would be approximately 1.4 acres.en
