The "fee n lieu" (known as the "impact Fee" .1 the CAPD Ordinance) provisions allow development in the CAPD to reduce required on-site parking by paying an "impact Fee" for each required parking stall not constructed by the development. Funds collected as parking "Impact Fee" are available for construction of CAPD parking improvementsen_US
