dc.description.abstractThe Medford City Council, at its regular meeting of December 17, 2009, adopted Ordinance No 2009-280 approving an Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) mapping error correction to the Medford General Land Use Plan (GLUP) Map and the Medford Zoning Map to include in the UGB, approximately five acres with a Heavy Industrial GLUP designation, located on the south side of South Stage Road, west of, and including a portion of, the Central Oregon and Pacific Railroad rightof-way. In reviewing old maps, it was determined that the subject error on South Stage Road occurred shortly after the 1990 UGB expansion. In addition to the tax lot identified in the property owner's request (attached), another tax lot under similar ownership and a portion of the railroad rightof-way, all totaling approximately five acres, were left off subsequent mapsen_US
