| dc.description.abstract | "The purpose of this study is to develop a set of criteria that can be used both as guidance when crafting an OHV management plan, and to evaluate the quality of existing plans. Drawn from a wide variety of sources and shaped by input directly from land managers, such a tool provides an important framework for the creation of plans that are well written, robust, and useful.
