dc.description.abstract. The C ty of Gearhart proposes text amendments to Gearhart Zoning Ordinance Section 3 13, Freshwater Wetland and Lake Zone. The City also proposes adopting the City of Gearhrt Local Wetland Inventory (LWI) as an addendum to the Goal ^(Open Space, Scenic Areas, Historic and Natural Resources) element of the Gearhart Comprehensive Plan The proposal would replace the city's current "Significant Freshwater Wetland and Lakes of Gearhart " map with a new set of local wetland maps contained within LWTen_US
