dc.description.abstractThe C .y has developed a corridor plan for Highway 99E, with ODOT, Marion County, consultants, residents, and business owners. Over the past two years, concepts have been developed and refined in a series of public workshops. To become effective, the Corridor Plan must be adopted as an element of the Comprehensive Plan. Adoption of the Corridor Plan also requires amendment of the Woodburn Development Ordinance, zoning map, and Transportation System Plan, and creation of a new zoning overlayen_US
