Abstract

Proposes to modify past plover habitat restoration techniques and re-establish dune heights to mitigate blowing sand and ocean overwash into the New River system. To maintain past acreage available for plover habitat restoration activities, the current Habitat Restoration Area (HRA) boundary would be moved south and incorporate the previously designated "potential" HRA acres.
