Announces decision to implement Alternative A of project EA, selling 120 isolated acres of BLM-administered public land by modified competitive sale to the highest bidder. Includes the surface and mineral estates and the value of ponderosa pine timber, except oil, gas, and geothermal resources. The proposed sale stems from a request from Mr. Graham and Mr. Bieber ("the Partnership") and is being considered to meet Congressional instructions to compensate Klamath County for the loss of local tax revenues associated with BLM's acquisition of the Wood River Ranch.en
