Update zoning & land division ordinance text to address current concerns including: Replace out of date PUD ordinance with Site Plan Review Ordinance, adopt Telecommunications Ordinance, adjust allowed heights and max. m.f. densities, address condominiums, and adopt maximum lot coverage standards. Zoning Map is amended to include zoning for UGA, and edits to land division ordiannce are proposed to clarify standards and type of access permitted.en_US
