dc.description.abstractThe consideration of the creation of a new Mixed Use Live/Work zone - including defintions, design/development standards and uses. Intitiated in order to better utilize land within the UGB that has existing public facilities and services to support the development intended by the new zone. This proposal creates the development code text only. A concurrent Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map amendment is still pending to apply the zone to a specific area within the City.en_US
