dc.description.abstractThe City of Port Orford has adopted a new Commercial-Residential Overlay within the Battle Rock Mixed Use Zone (10-MU) to replace portions of the Battle Roc Mixed Use (10-MU) zone that was in effect. The new zone limits the square footage of new commercial structures, including remodels, and provides setback standards for structures. Standards within the City's existingsign code apply. The map amendment defines the area for the zone change.en_US
