dc.description.abstractThe City of Sisters adopted the Whychus Creek Restoration and Management Plan and amended the Comprehensive Plan to reduce impacts on water quality and aquatic habitat, more heavily emphasize the presence of listed species in the creek and the City's commitment to stormwater management and the protection of the creek, and to incorporate the proposed Whychus Creek Restoration and Management Plan. The overall objective of the Whychus Creek Restoration and Management Plan was to develop restoration, management, and policy-level actions that will protect properties while restoring the proper functioning of the creek system.en_US
