dc.description.abstractPTA-09-01 (Ordinance #1285-09) is a Plan Text Amendment to the Tualatin Development Code (TDC) that extends the standards for fences in TDC 34.320-340 (adopted by Ordinance 1244-07 on July 23, 2007) to'apply to properties in the Low Density Residential (RL) and Medium Low Density Residential (RML) Planning Districts with access-restricted rear yards or side yards adjacent to an interstate highway (1-5 or 1-205) when the property is the subject of a partition or subdivision application of the property is developed with a single-family dwelling. Prior to adoption of PTA-09-01 the fence standards only applied to properties adjacent to minor and major arterial and collector streets and expressways.en_US
