dc.description.abstractMy friend Jack and I go back a long way: back to 1983, when, coming off his clerkship with Judge Belloni, he joined our old firm, the original, inimitable, Lindsay Hart Neil & Weigler. We were young associates, and then partners, together until Jack followed Dave Frohnmayer’s siren song to the Oregon Department of Justice.en_US
