(limit of 500 characters): Adopts the North Bethany Subarea Plan that would be applicable to the PCC Rock Creek Campus, the existing Arbor Oaks Master Plan development and create future urban plan designations for about 700 acres of FD-20 land consistent with Metro's Title 11. Adopts urban design standards and transportation and infrastructure system plans for the area. Amends Transportation Plan maps, Urban Plan policies and development standards to implement the Subarea Plan. Takes an exception to Goal 3, for a new road across agricultural land.
