Abstract
Amendments to Title 15 (Buildings and Construction), Chapter 15.16 Flood Damage Prevention, of the _ _ Lincoln City Municipal Code. The purpose of the proposed amendments is to enable adoption of the 2009 Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM), as well as reorganization and updates to the chapter according to ~ FEMA recommendations. The proposed amendments are required by federal law and are not believed to -- -- be land use regulations, as they do not implement the City of Lincoln City Comprehensive Plan; however, notice and public hearing were provided in the event these amendments are determined to be land use _ regulations.
