Abstract
The Sublimity Interchange, located at the junction of Oregon 22 and Cascade Highway in
Marion County, Oregon, will be undergoing modifications and improvements. In light of
these planned improvements, this Interchange Area Management Plan (IAMP) documents
the land use and transportation strategies developed to protect the function of the Sublimity
Interchange over the long-term (20-plus years) , as directed by Oregon Administrative Rule
(OAR) 734-051-0155(6).... This document includes a complete description of the IAMP development process, land use
assumptions, existing conditions analysis, access-related alternative evaluation, and traffic
operations analysis. Short-term, medium-term, and long-term transportation strategies for
the Sublimity Interchange Area are provided.
