Abstract

Proposes to reauthorize grazing and issue grazing permits for the Crystal Springs and Burn allotments, addressing the demand for livestock forage, and also the concerns over increased water temperature, decreased bank stability and modifications to riparian vegetation. Includes an early on/early off, deferred rotation grazing system and active management of livestock to facilitate desired distribution.
