The training manual is based on the State of Oregon’s Local Natural Hazard Mitigation Plans: An Evaluation Process and the Planning for Natural Hazards: Oregon Technical Resource Guide (a technical resource for land use planning approaches relating to natural hazards affecting Oregon communities).en
