SRC Chapter 120A to provide that appeals of Type II and III Historic Design Review decisions of the Historic Landmarks Commission issued pursuant to SRC 120A be heard by the Salem Hearings Officer and appeals of demolition permit decisions issued pursuant to SRC 120/ 3e heard by Salem CityC luncil.en_US
