dc.description.abstractAmend the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Ordinance to: 1) Expand the uses allowed in the Rural Use (RU) Plan Designation and Zoning District; 2) establish minimum densities of 1 unit per 20, 30, and 40 acres in the RU zone; 3) establish minimum densities of 15, 25, and 30 acres (for RU 20, RU 30, and RU 40) for cluster development or planned unit development in the RU zone; and, 4) modify the criteria for designation to RU and determination of density.en_US
