dc.description.abstractModify the land use designations of 28.15 acres of the remaining City-owned land ti the vicinity of the Seavey Meadows development. The Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment will retain the properties' existing Comprehensive Plan Map Natural Resources and Natural Hazards Overlays, but wi1l change the underlying Comprehensive Plan Map designations from the current designations of Medium High Density Residential (16.38 Acres) and Medium Density Residential (11 77 Acres) to Open Space - Conservation.en_US
