Abstract

The focus of this article has been to address the needs of mid-career non-profit arts and culture workers to facilitate talent retention within organizations and support the backbone of our workforce. While the recommendations are aimed at supporting mid-careerists, the importance of using a variety of programs and listening skills to engage, energize, and retain valued staff at any career stage cannot be overstated.
