dc.description.abstractOn April 9 2008, the City Council adopted an ordinance amending the Economic Development chapter of the Albany Comprehensive Plan (Comp Plan) to incorporate information from the recently updated Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA). The updated EOA was adopted as a background document. The'Economic Development Background Summary' sections of the Economic Development chapter (Chapter 3) will be deleted and replaced with the new text.en_US
