dc.description.abstractThe amendment package significantly modernizes and improves the effectiveness of Milwaukie's land use and development review regulations and procedures. It consolidates existing procedures into one location, improves their efficiency and clarity, and gives the City more tools to use during the land use and development review process. The package includes both zoning code and comprehensive plan text amendments. It also includes a complete restructuring of Title 19 to provide a better vehicle for implementing the proposed improvements to the City's review procedures.en_US
