Abstract
The City's Sign Code was very brief and unable to effectively address signage issues in the community. The City adopted code language lrom the City o f Carlton to fit with Turner's current character and future vision. This amendment also included a definition o f "substantial conformance" for use n final approval o f subdivision plans.
